Program Schedule

Our youth program operates Monday through Thursday with structured evening sessions during the school year.
School Year Schedule:
 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Summer Schedule:
 Morning and daytime sessions are available to accommodate participant needs and schedules.

Our program follows a structured weekly model designed to support the full development of each participant. Throughout the week, youth engage in sessions that integrate the following core focus areas:

• Tailored to Navigate: Resource utilization, awareness, and navigating support systems

Primary Goal

To support the development of healthy communication, emotional expression, and positive peer relationships through structured therapeutic engagement and skill-building opportunities.

Skills Developed

Participants will strengthen emotional awareness, active listening, conflict resolution, boundary-setting, self-advocacy, and interpersonal communication skills while learning healthy ways to engage with peers and express emotions effectively.

Primary Goal

To support youth in recognizing, understanding, and managing emotions in healthy and effective ways while strengthening their ability to respond to stress, frustration, and challenging situations constructively.

Skills Developed

Participants will build emotional awareness, strengthen coping and stress-management skills, improve self-regulation, and develop healthier responses to emotional triggers, anxiety, and frustration through therapeutic support and guided skill development.

Primary Goal

To support youth in building self-confidence, strengthening personal identity, and developing the skills necessary for independence, accountability, and positive personal growth.

Skills Developed

Participants will strengthen self-awareness, confidence, decision-making, accountability, and goal-setting skills while learning to recognize personal strengths, build resilience, and develop a stronger

sense of identity and responsibility.

Primary Goal

To equip youth with the ability to identify, access, and effectively utilize personal, community, and system-based resources that support long-term growth, stability, independence, and overall well-being.

Skills Developed

Participants will strengthen self-advocacy, decision-making, problem-solving, and resource navigation skills while increasing awareness of healthy support systems, community resources, and strategies for seeking assistance when needed.

Primary Goal

To equip youth with practical life skills that support independence, confidence, responsibility, and readiness for real-world transitions and long-term personal success.

Skills Developed

Participants will strengthen decision-making, problem-solving, accountability, time management, organization, and independent living skills while building greater confidence in navigating daily responsibilities and future goals.
